How to get people to use an ad blocker on your site

I was looking at the rather bastardized image of Ronald McDonald to wonder if someone had gone stark raving mad?

Ya know, its one thing for users in a user contributed environment to bash global corporations. It's quite another entirely for the management of that same business to do it officially.....at least if getting advertisers that don't use the worst methods or bad ads is important. (and actually pay a decent return...lol)

I know what I'd think if I were a company considering my brand showing there. Err.... Everyone runs their house differently, I guess.
