Yeah. You heard right. Just getting tired of it, not that it'd make a bit of difference anyway. I'm (right now) more concerned with the safety and security of my family than I am with some butthead in DC.
To hell with all types of -isms.
I just want to live my life and will continue to do so regardless of what some trumped-up lawyer-type says or does.
I never missed it once I stopped paying attention to it, and voting in the election on Tuesday was easy-peasy -- just vote against all the incumbents, lol.

Being french Canadian, not an American but I'll share my pov on politics anyway..something I always kinda avoided doing.
I haven't voted in a long time. Voted this last election just to throw a wrench in Harper's works - as if that would make a difference.
I no longer believe in a two party political system where whoever gets elected will just screw you anyway. The infrastructure always stays the same, the legislative assemblies pretty much remain the same, the same stupid economic decisions pretty much remain the same.
I just realized that no matter who wins, I lose. Every. Single. Time.
It's nice to think that a party will do better than the previous one but think about it for a second. That's what the political parties say time after time after time...we'll do better than the previous. Even if they've been the previous ones multiple times...
Good on you if you're done. When everyone's done, maybe things have a chance of changing. Between now and then, it's just smoke and mirrors.
Understandable, I dropped out of the political interactions in the real world over a decade ago. That doesn't mean I don't follow it in the news and in alternative media though. I firmly believe it's a good idea to keep a close eye on our enemies and it seems pretty apparent that the main enemy of the American people reside in Washington DC.

I feel ya bunny, but I feel compelled to jump in to the mix and try to squash the BS and outright propaganda I see perpetuated in the political arena.
I'm so "sensitive" to propaganda and it's techniques that when I see it in our political discussions....I cannot help but join the conversation and at least attempt to inject some common sense and reason.
I never missed it once I stopped paying attention to it, and voting in the election on Tuesday was easy-peasy -- just vote against all the incumbents, lol.
I have never participated in the political arena, never voted, and do not intend to do so. The fact that I get looked at side ways for NOT voting makes me laugh, as if my "so called counted vote" would change anything.
The more that people go outside, stand in line, and get spoon fed visual ads to a person that wouldnt give you a second look in the street is deemed the "right" one, if they kiss a baby on the news.
This is not what politics should be, and there has been no change, btw, if there ever was change is was NOT because you voted :)
