Interesting and I don't disagree with him. We've heard this for a while, that a president might want to change things or do things that would seem to be in the best interest of the country, but that as soon as they try the bureaucracy comes marching in and lays down the law and tells them how things are really going to be done and suddenly you don't hear anymore about those grand ideas happening.
It is a problem that the entrenched bureaucracy is the power running the country and not the president and congress/senate representatives who were voted in as the will of the citizens. I don't know what the solution is, I just recognize that it is something that needs to change.
