The Cover Up
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER AND CEO -
The evidence of a cover up of Hillary Clinton's emails from inside the Obama administration is overwhelming. The people involved either were directly in contact with the Clinton campaign or Hillary Clinton herself. The cover-up included members of the Department of Justice, the Department of State, members of her campaign staff and the President of the United States. Yes, you read me right. President Obama participated in an effort to cover up details of Hillary Clinton emails.
In March of 2015, the Clinton campaign worked hard to try and figure out exactly what could be done to minimize the damage Hillary's emails could do. One thing became clear very early on - the Clinton campaign knew that Hillary exchanged emails with President Obama. This fact alone would bring the President in on the swelling scandal and also lead to detailed questions as to what kind of correspondence did they exchange. To remedy the exposed weakness, on March 4, 2015 Podesta suggested that Obama should invoke "executive privilege" over "emails to/from POTUS" (President of the United States).
"We could get them to ask for that..." noted Podesta writing to Clinton legal counsel Cheryl Mills. "They may not care, but I(t) seems they will."
Instead of taking the Nixonian like course of declaring Obama emails off limits openly, which would have raised a political furor, Obama opted instead to find a friendly news outlet and lie. On March 7, 2015 Obama took an interview from CBS where he flatly denied knowing about Hillary's emails. Obama said he learned through news reports that Hillary Clinton used a personal email account for official business while she served as his secretary of state.
Of course, we now know from the email releases that he frequently exchanged emails with Clinton. In fact, on one occasion Obama exchanged emails using his classified address with Clinton while she was inside Russia. Obama's lie to America and his denial of knowledge flies in the face of the overwhelming evidence. Obama clearly knew of Hillary's private system since he was sending and receiving email from her on a regular basis.
The efforts to cover up the growing email scandal also extended to inside the Obama Department of Justice. One such circumstance surrounds the efforts of Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik. Kadzik used his private Gmail account to give John Podesta a "Heads Up". Kadzik's use of his personal account kept his emails from legal discovery and FOIA retention rules, similar to Hillary's use of her private email.
"There is a HJC (House Justice Committee) hearing today where the head of our Civil division will testify," noted Kadzik in the email to Podesta. "Likely to get questions on State Department emails."
"Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails," wrote Kadzik.
Podesta immediately sent Kadzik's email around the Clinton team seeking their input, noting that the court hearings and filings could generate negative stories.
"Additional, chances for mischief," wrote Podesta.
Kadzik attended Georgetown University’s law school with John Podesta in the 1970s and is a close confidant, dining often with the Clinton campaign leader. Kadzik also donated to Hillary Clinton’s former leadership PAC and 2008 presidential campaign while working as an attorney at the D.C.-based law firm Dickstein Shapiro LLP. A further email, tying Kadzik with Clinton, shows Kadzik's son PJ tried to land a position inside campaign the just days before his father would send the "Heads Up" email to Podesta.
Another major example is the FBI meetings with Department of State official Patrick Kennedy. The FBI documents on Kennedy and his efforts to cover up the Clinton email scandal are detailed and damming. Kennedy repeatedly pressed FBI officials to re-classify Clinton emails. In one such incident, the FBI agent noted Kennedy's intent.
"Kennedy told <classified name> that the FBI's classification of the e-mail in questions caused problems for Kennedy and Kennedy wanted to classify the document as "B9", noted the FBI report.
"Kennedy further stated that the "B9" classification would allow him to archive the document in the basement of DOS (Dept. of State) never to be seen again."
In another meeting, Kennedy pressed the FBI to change classified emails to unclassified in an effort to cover-up the severity of Hillary's national security violations.
"During the conversation, participant specifically asked whether any of the emails in question were classified. Making eye contact with <classified name> Kennedy remarked, 'Well, we'll see.' <Classified name> believed this was reference to the FBI's categorization of the SECRET//NOFORN email which Kennedy was attempting to influence. In a private meeting with Kennedy following the all agency meeting, Kennedy asked <classified name> whether the FBI could 'see their way to marking the email unclassified?'"
Following this exchange Kennedy went even further to undermine national security and protect Hillary Clinton. The details of this effort are again spelled out in no uncertain terms by the FBI agents involved.
"Shortly thereafter, <classified name> received a call from <classified name> of the International Operations Division IOD) of the FBI, who 'pressured' him to change the classified email to unclassified. <Classified name> indicated he had been contacted by Patrick Kennedy, Undersecretary of State, who had asked his assistance in altering the email's classification in exchange for a 'QUID PRO QUO'. <classified name> advised that, in exchange for marking the email unclassified, STATE would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden."
To make this perfectly clear. The FBI agent summarized his finding with a stunning and damning accusation.
"<Classified name> believes STATE has an agenda which involves minimizing the classified nature of the CLINTON emails in order to protect STATE interests and those of CLINTON."
These and other documents detail crime. This particular crime is conspiracy to obstruct justice - aka 'COVER UP". The Clinton ring of conspirators pressured government officials to downgrade the intelligence classification of documents in order to justify Clinton’s false claim that she never dealt in classified materials on her basement email system. The Clinton conspirators miss-used the FOIA exemption laws to bury evidence from legal discovery. The Clinton conspirators used information obtained from leakers inside the Department of Justice to prepare for upcoming events which could harm her politically and criminally.
This conspiracy to obstruct justice - to cover up - goes all the way into the Oval Office of the White House and right to Obama who lied to the American public when he asserted he had no knowledge of Hillary's personal email service.
