Fake Video Used in News Coverage of Brussels Terror Attacks

This is one for the tin hat crowd..
I really don't know what to make of this, or have any proof of anything sinister. But it seems odd to me they show this Russian video of their terror attack for Brussels. It's a very short article interlaced with photo's and video. But it does bring into question of "False Flag" events because to many people were killed or injured to mean it was totally made up. But if this was shown by mistake to up to drama quotient heads need to roll it's totally unnecessary. Any ideas Hernando's? Oh and of course both videos have been now pulled.. hmmm

The published video footage was fake as documented by a blog posting on Media Part.
The video pertains to a terror attack at Moscow’s Domodedovo airport on 24 January 2011 (posted on youtube in November 2013).
The report of DHnet.be on the Brussels airport attack used the video of the Moscow 2011 attack with the date of the Brussels attack: (22/03/2016) pasted onto the Russian video."
