+KatherinVII look up the story of Sergi Panamarenko - I think this will clear up what is happening to these people. He is a young man in the USSR, Ukraine right after WWII. He bought a new camera and takes pics of him and his girlfriend and then goes on a walk. He sees a UFO and takes pics and then disappears. He ends up 50 years later in the same spot he went missing and goes up to a cop and the cop takes him to a locked mental ward. The psych doc gets his pics developed and sure enough..he was telling the truth. Cop also confirms that this man is indeed Sergi. When the doc believed him the guy goes to his locked room and Disappears AGAIN! This is all on official record and a complete mystery!
