So apparently Mr. Trump does have a clue, and now the EU has had to create a "Border Force" to deal with the amount of refugees entering the European Union. Imagine they are being overrun by refugees, and our illustrious leaders obviously know this and yet Obama keeps pushing for they to come here and the (controlling my language) the fricking republicans seek to provide funding for it. At this point all I can say is "GO TRUMP". ISIS is obviously much smarter than Obama gives the JV team credit for. They have successfully overloaded these independent countries. Did I say independant? So who is in control of this border force? Just how does this work with the idea of refusing refugees and going against some of the EU countries policy? Faceless bureaucrats in Brussels.
"whether member states support such a move or not.
" Interesting European country's sovereignty no longer matters. This is akin to the states saying they don't want refugees and forming their own Border Patrol and Coast Guard, despite what Obama and other states say. This also seems to be away to hand over military type power to unelected bureaucrats. No longer will sovereign countries have control over their own border."
I wonder if any of this looks familiar to anyone?
To think everyone from the Guardian to New Week condemns the US for not doing better and the EU for not being more understanding and allowing more in. So..... I guess this just takes the whole climate change debate in France off the table for a while. Again why isn't this being reported in the Lame Stream Media? This is not only a serious sovereignty issue in the EU but a serious presidential issue in the US. of course no reporting or at the least it being down played helps the administration is their support of Islam. Never mind the missing Christians in all this death and destruction in the middle east.
"The EU is to establish a single border guard that has the right to patrol a member state’s border against its wishes, under plans to be unveiled by Jean-Claude Juncker next week.
Mr Juncker will unveil plans to create an EU Border and Coast Guard agency in a bid to halt the influx of 1.5 million refugees expected to attempt to enter Europe next year and save the Schengen zone from collapse."

"In the largest extension of the EU’s powers since the creation of the single currency, the European Commission will be able to deploy the force to countries that have not requested help manning their borders.
The plans will be unveiled by Mr Juncker on Tuesday, and will be discussed at a summit in Brussels on Thursday night.
The Greek authorities have been blamed by Brussels for failing to patrol their borders and register the hundreds of thousands of migrants on the trial to Germany. Britain is not in the Schengen zone and will fall outside the new agency.
The body will be able to monitor EU countries’ borders security and migration flows in “real time”, and issue orders to seal any gaps in the border to national border forces. EU liason officers will be deployed to national bodies to monitor their performance and conduct “vulnerability assessments”.
The agency will also be able to deploy a standing force of 1,500 border guards “within days” to halt an incursion, whether member states support such a move or not.
"In urgent situations, the agency must be able to step in to ensure that action is taken on the ground even where there is no request for assistance from the member state concerned or where that member state considers that there is no need for additional intervention,” a leaked text outlining the plans seen by the Telegraph says.
“A chain is only as strong as its weakest link,” the text says.

“Citizens’ confidence in our collective ability to manage our common external borders has been put to the test by events of this year, and in particular by the unprecedented rise in flows of migrants and refugees,” the text says.
“We can only have a Schengen area without internal borders if its external borders are effectively secured and protected.”
The new agency will operate drones over the Mediterranean sea to spot migrants. The force will also have a dedicated unit to deport failed asylum seekers, and will create a new EU travel document to allow the deportation of those who have lost or destroyed their passports.

"Poland was the first state to say it would oppose the plans.
“It would remove responsibility for protecting borders from a member state and might serve as an alibi for inaction."
"The proposal seems to be an excessive intervention in the internal competences of a state," a government source told AFP.
Timothy Kirkhope, a British MEP and former Tory immigration minister, said he supported increasing the resources of the EU’s border force, but said deploying forces against a government’s will encroaches “too far” on national sovereignty.
Robert Oxley, of the pro-Brexit campaign group Vote Leave, warned that British taxpayers face a bill of millions for the scheme.
“The EU appears willing to trample over the sovereignty of member states at any opportunity. The UK will inevitably end up footing the bill for this latest Brussels power grab.”
