I couldn't have said it any better ! There is still time to vote, the poll will lock at Midnight tonight, Eastern Time. :)
I will let you in on a staff secret...the non participant voting was done by different Moderators and the common statement that followed was about the same:
The stories were ALL so good, the originality and creativity was through the roof, on all of them. In other words...it was a b**** to vote !!!!!
But the results are in and will be posted in a new thread tomorrow morning.
Personally, this Contest left me in awe, for many different reasons. The quality of our membership here is top notch, the talent displayed for a single theme is top notch, the originality that all of you guys came out with is not only a marvel to look at and read but showers Hernando's Hideaway with honor.
When I launched the contest, following bonhommearmonica's suggestion, I had no idea how it would go and I certainly wasn't expecting this many entries nor this much quality !
You, marlingrace, and all other participants have made us Proud. Very Proud !
