China launches CIPS international payment system

This has been in the works for quite sometime now. Both China and Russia have been working at creating a global financial clearing systems. In the past as recent as a year ago the US has held the monopoly on world wide clearing of financial transactions. One of the major reasons for a reserve currency and large gold deposits within the US is just that, global financial transaction clearing. This has been in under our jurisdiction for decades because of the space requirements and satellite systems to handle worldwide transactions. 

This has allowed us to receive a compensation for this, but more importantly it allowed us to know the financial transactions of allies and enemies alike. IMO this is the real reason both Russia and CHina have built their own systems at the cost of billions. It is said if Putin buys a Coke with a credit card anywhere in the world our 3 letter agencies know about it the minute it happens and where. Now let your mind wonder of the implications of that, and realize the first question that comes to mind is there really a drug war or are we just controlling it? When Iran buys Nuke parts and equipment do we know? Just put that in your not so peaceful pipe and smoke on that for a while and see where it takes you. There isn't a international purchase with the money flowing between banks we don't about. When someone buys fighter planes in one country from another we know when the money changes hands. What a loss during the Obama tenure, and the reason there are some of the shenanigans going on in geopolitics between Germany and Russia, and other places in the world.
