Well, if our enemies missed the memo the first time, or the second or third or fourth times.....Just for good measure? Our top military command has insured it was announced again!

So take notice, all ye who hate me! All you must do is place your fighting positions within a medical facility and, you heard it right there. The United States would never intentionally target a medical facility. Period. No 'buts' or caveats to that. It just won't happen. Nope. Nada. Not.
That must be helpful to insurgents especially, where they kinda set up wherever opportunity allows ..and any break to be in a place less likely to see retaliation is a great bonus and big thing to them!
Nothing like helping our enemy stay alive and prosper...eh??
** Meanwhile, in other unrelated news...Russia is said to just wipe out whole areas...hospitals and all...to remove all question of 'deliberate targeting'. Experts suggest some lessons may be had from that approach! (grin)
