Mal Brough: I'm not under investigation by the AFP over Peter Slipper diaries [smh.com.au]
Resurrected federal government minister Mal Brough says he has not been interviewed by Australian Federal Police one year after admitting he encouraged a staffer to procure copies of the diary of his political rival, the former speaker Peter Slipper.
Labor has written to the AFP following the revelation, demanding police urgently resolve the investigation.
"I am not aware that I am being investigated, I have not been interviewed and the police have not contacted me"

Mr Brough is under renewed scrutiny after Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull appointed him Special Minister of State – a job that oversees parliamentary standards and entitlements.

Personal Disclosure: He wouldn't know if there were any secret warrants out against him and they, The Australian Federal Police [AFP] by law can't tell him if there were any secret warrants out against him and I just broke Australian law by revealing that there may or may not be secret warrants out against him.
So he is still under suspicion and so are all Australians!
Nobody in Australia is allowed to answer yes or no to the question "Are you under ANY warrants!" and nor is anybody allowed to know their legal status ... all due to secret warrants.
Think about that the next time you hear or read the claim that Australians are honest people.
