Yes, this puts outright 'scumbag' to a new level of low, folks. Its just... well... Wow. You have to read this one..
He is a devout Catholic, and doesn't understand the concept of stealing or being a creepy scumbag? I'm really shocked. How arrogant and presumptive, as well as....yes, creepy. The Pope is a man, like Obama, or Putin or any other leader. Once, there was a different feeling for the source of the Pontiff's 'greatness', but that isn't the case in the modern world, and this one doesn't even play like it anyway.
So...does this guy follow behind others to drink their water?? Does STEALING the glass and water somehow make drinking it beneficial? I'd think how he came about it would negate any benefit it may have given..and in a real way....go right back in the opposite direction for that whole Karma thing.

Well, that answers the question of whether this guy does this sort of thing with other people. Indeed.. He does.
Oh, and using law enforcement resources to authenticate a personal souvenir isn't an abuse of power or misuse of official resources...right? Nope... Nothing improper there. Just a fat cat, living the good life with nothing too good for him!
A congressman stole the water glass Pope Francis was drinking out of during his address at the White House on Thursday.
Representative Bob Brady, a devout Catholic and Democrat from Pennsylvania immediately made his way to the podium after Pope Francis finished speaking and grabbed the glass that was still filled with water.
He then drank the water, gave some of the water to his wife Debra, and saved the rest for his grandchildren.

This is not the first time Brady has pulled a stunt like this, with the Philadelphia Daily News reporting he did the same thing after President Obama's inauguration, though he just saved that glass and did not drink from it.
