What the VA is doing to veterans

I can't name any names yet but The person who is helping me with my VA case told me that he has been building a case of over 30,000 veterans to present to a judge accusing the VA of dropping or revoking their disability ratings, and "losing" their files claiming they don't have any record of them in their system, and making it extremely difficult to correct the problems   ON PURPOSE   hoping the veterans will give up on the cases because it's too hard to get it fixed. It's not new vets either, they are taking vets from 10 years back with 100% disability, claiming they made a mistake, and dropping them to 50% then claiming they OWE the VA money for all those years of being over compensated.

If you or any vet you know has had this happen, you/they aren't alone and the hammer is coming down on the VA for this.
