Folks, watch the video on this Fox news link, and tell me it can really be seen any other way. I cannot possibly imagine, in any scenario, how the man was ANY threat to ANYONE at the moment they shot him to death.

Someone totally unrelated (it appears) was half a block or so away with a camera to record what happened.
When I started watching this, I thought I understood what I'd see, as his movements were becoming clear. He kept lunging or moving toward the police unit, which...it is entirely possible...had a weapon in view or less than fully secured, which the cops may have wanted to keep him from reaching. Now, that would be the cop's fault for creating a situation where that ever became a factor..if it was in their thinking at all.
That is just reaching to try and figure an explanation for this. It was reported on September 1st, so it's a bit dated I guess, however? I missed this entirely? I mean, this isn't even questionable.
He had his hands FULLY raised, and they just gunned him down. Surely enough to holster weapons immediately and turn casual. One must have made a head shot or some similarly absolute kill shot for them to turn outright casual before approaching the guy on the ground.
What a horrible thing. Short of a serial killer they may have just caught in the act, and chased to that position (and they'd still deserve to be fired, but then given a medal) I cannot see any reason, ANYONE needs to die quite that way.
