Mars Glacier the Size of California and Texas Combined Found

Who do you trust anymore Sputnik news agency reports Al Qaeda declares war on ISIS while the US says Al Qaeda wants to join forces with ISIS. In the meantime we find glaciers on Mars the size of two states. Is it more misdirection or are we just that screwed up with propaganda? 

Sky I think you handle reality better than most... Your writing tells me you not only stop to smell the roses, you grow them cut a few, and give them to the wife everyday. 

Now that is what I call terraforming Mars!

Anyone else see a problem overall with this sort of announcement? I'm not suggesting anything necessarily nefarious or malicious either. Just some kind of arrogance, almost beyond belief.

In the real world, where real things exist, and real methods like ...(says slooowly for Media types who don't get big words) The Scientific Method ...are used? They are using over-sized and INSANELY over-priced remote control cars to look at rocks. They honestly are oogling and ogling those rocks, too, with plenty of oooohs and ahhhhs had right there at NASA (to follow the mission team reporting of events).

In some other world, where people stare at computer screens for simulated extrapolation of assumed presumption, they are wayyy past those silly little rocks and rovers are for kids or something, because they know what is beyond visual sight, with enough detail or resolution to give size estimation and composition.

Someone needs to take those big fancy software toys away from the video game players, to remind them...the ones with the Rovers are finding fact, not computer generated fict....errr...data.
