Saw this awhile back an meant to post got sidetracked ........ anyhoo it seems the ass backwards ..... goat shagging ...... primitives IS have started printing their own money now ....... funny the bankers keeping pretty mum about it ........
But I think I am going to go with what it says in the article you linked ...
Experts are not impressed with the new currency, stating that this is all just a very expensive propaganda tool. Despite establishing an exchange rate with one gold dinar being worth $139, the three silver dinars ranging from $1 to $9 and the copper coins being worth a few cents each, experts have identified three major problems:
No country would recognize the group's coinage. It's unclear how much each coin weighs, thus their actual value can't be appraised. Iraq and Syria lack any real gold, silver or copper mines, which makes mass production highly difficult.
I wouldn't say no if somebody handed me a bag of them [even the copper coins] as I can always melt them down removing all trace of ISIS markings but I probably wouldn't seek these coins out as they are probably more trouble than they are worth!
There are only so many places that can mint coins in bulk and maintain a certain standard of weight and stamp quality etc. whilst also maintaining security etc. and surely such places are well known.
The Central Bank of Syria (Arabic: مصرف سورية المركزي) is the central bank of Syria. The bank is located in Damascus with 11 branches in provincial capitals
Well, what can the bankers say? 'Ahh, My Jihadi murderer, I see here your slaughter score is a solid 750! We'll take your funny money then!'
They can make up their own world government from scratch and call it Animal House II for all the world cares, I think. They are a land FULL of barbaric murdering scum, and that IS a literal statement, since ISIS first order of business is to kill anyone in a new territory who doesn't believe the same as they do.
In ISIS-Land, we may actually be able to say there are precious few non-combatants. There are ISIS scumbags, and then there are their victims of the local population ..or at least who they haven't 'cleansed' yet.
I wonder how much blood they wash that money with. It sure reeks of it.
According to state dept. info last year, and we know they can be trusted. ISIS makes a million a day on black market oil, did 20 mil in ransoms last year, sell antiquities, rob banks, and raise money via social media. We need to be talking to the unethical buyers of such things, they are the supporters of terror and they need to go.
727sky, posted the A-10 pilots letter stating we, yes the US, lets them run their oil and we are already just as guilty for their funding, that's a lot of coins at a million a day for a bunch of goat shaggers..
Goat shaggers... Daitengu, you crack me up.. All this time I thought it was sheep.
If they were welsh then it would be sheep as in wales the men are men and the sheep are scared ......... in middle east they raise goats hence the primitives are primitives and the goats are scared .........

hey, coinage could be good! On second thought...I really see a benefit to this. Let them coin money, and all they can mint!
After all, the Kurdish fighters need something plentiful and effective to pack into antipersonnel weapons. Something worthless, but metal, for the extra punch. Even roofing nails are likely at a premium in that region, for what they are actually made to do (I'd guess). So why not have round metal slugs with ISIS actually signing their own shrapnel?
