The title is political, as if this is a political issue. What the title should read is:
Last Chance for Near Term Peace in the Middle East Dies in Controversy
That would have been an accurate headline. The lefties will even wonder, in apparent amazement, why those 'loony right wing-nuts' don't drop the whole political mess after clearing losing.
It wouldn't even occur to some of these people, this isn't about politics. This is about more bodies than bags exist for them, if the world collected together to supply them...and likely in the very near future.
What a victory. Any Jew voting Democrat after this...I will openly and very plainly question their Faith, intelligence or what combination of a lack of both they suffer from....because Israel will almost certainly start this war..but they'll do it knowing they likely lose it, too. It'll just be lost on their terms, not their enemies...and one of those two outcomes is, in my view, damn near inevitable when this traitor's deal is made official.
When this deal blows up and the balloon goes up? THAT man should be put in chains and stand trial for the crime of treason, as clearly outline in the United States Constitution. He was Senate Majority leader through a fair part of the period of absolute secrecy this deal was created in. He is either guilty of direct collusion to treason, or the man is guilty of negligence at the level of national security breakdown for dereliction of duty.
I'm happy to wait until the war starts to point that out again tho...and sadly, I have almost no doubt whatever now, I'll get that opportunity before memories of this post fade all that much.

Well, ain't that just dandy. We have an agreement which, at best, is set up to respond and react to an emerging threat by violation that carries a time horizon of 12 months to critical......and a REALITY of 60-90 DAYS from first violation to a Trinity style test of a working device.
So............unless they are on their upmost honor? Even if they bust the treaty right now? We'll be months behind the curve and still reacting when the weapons see first real world use.
This president is one hell of a leader. Yes. He is. Right into Hell...he has led us.

The deal sets Iran back so that it is at least a year away from being able to produce enough nuclear material for a weapon, before the restrictions ease after a decade. Iran is currently assessed to be only 2 to 3 months away from being able to enrich enough uranium for a bomb, if it decides to do so.
