Hear ye, Hear ye! Gather round for the weenie (or Clinton) roast!
(The FBI just threw some fresh logs on the fire)
I hate to say I told ya so, for those who saw life in this old woman...but her best days are behind her. She's being deflated like a wonky whoopy cushion by the master of illusion...our President. I've yet to see an individual Obama or his people set their sights on...survive the attack. At least, politically or with any useful reputation left intact. Clinton believes she is some master of destruction politics, when I think Obama is working over some of the people that took Clinton tactics and turned them into a true art form.
The picture this art is forming is a nasty one....for Hillary.
I suppose she can say the sky is purple and the sun really rises in the West, if she'd like. I guess they didn't get the memo about 100% rock solid, beyond question, classified data ALREADY being established as factuallly existing within her private Email system. It's rather embarassing how MUCH, actually, as the releases coming now are redacted to hell and back by the sound of it.
That alone is a sticky wicket to find themselves in. If they keep releasing her Emails to prove she didn't break the law? They break it themselves AND actually compromise meaningful national security information. If they don't...and redact it, like they are now? It is openly admitting to God and everyone, there is a great deal in her Emails that had no legal ability to exist where it did, and CANNOT be released, even now, to the public to see.
How so...on figuring she didn't have or handle classified material then?

I happen to have almost, if not ALL the material related to the Gen. Petraeus case, which means and ESPECIALLY includes what he "released" to an unauthorized source, the emails from him and with that source, as well as related and secondary communication between a number of the parties involved. Cryptome was kind enough to collect and distribute it, back when that was in the news. What General Petraeus did was bone headed...but anyone to say it did real harm? Quote back to me, from the REAL material, what section or what data was actually of any importance or meaning to harm anyone ..or any thing? It wasn't comfy stuff for some to see public..but damaging? Please..... We can have a whole debate on that one.
By comparison, and what matters here? Petraeus let someone peek into a file cabinet at work. Clinton took the whole damn archive division out of a secure facility and into her private home to share as she saw fit, in terms of responsible handling of our nation's sensitive business.
The thing is...She isn't the first and she won't be the last to basically commit treason by sheer stupid and negligence (which...means it IS NOT legally treason, to be clear..but hey, I look at the end result too..and aid/comfort, she did supply) . The difference is...not everyone has the President himself with an apparent personal interest in seeing her utterly and totally destroyed. She doesn't even seem to realize it yet, by public reaction...which is odd? She is either one cool customer when under direct attack from all sides ...or she really is that naive and wishful thinking in her own self analysis.
Either way? I think we are seeing the start to the end of the "Clinton legacy", and damn sure an end to that line of power. Bill had the mojo...and Hillary is weak sauce as a follow-on to her husband.

The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured email account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.
The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.

Clinton’s camp has downplayed the inquiry as civil and fact-finding in nature. Clinton herself has said she is “confident” that she never knowingly sent or received anything that was classified.

Still, “They didn’t hesitate to charge Gen. Petraeus with doing the same thing, downloading documents that are classified,” Simon said. “The threshold under the statute is not high — they only need to prove there was an unauthorized removal and retention” of classified material, he said.
