Hey all.. After another great (not) experience of playing with the bugs, issues and outright disfunction of the editor ProBoards uses here, it occurred to me....If I didn't work here, I might have thrown my hands up and outright left by now, over that very thing.
There is no OTHER site I use, anywhere, that has the same show stopping bugs and B.S. issues this one does for an editor that kinda 'does its own thing' just often enough to BE a show stopper.
So..as I pondered this, it struck me..I DO work here. If *I* am even thinking this way, this isn't a good thing. It means people who don't have formal reasons to be here beyond personal enjoyment ...probably feel stronger about it than I do.
Therefore, I figured a note from the tech department may be helpful.

We hear ya and we feel your pain! We do. In fact, despite being very limited in saying much more right now, I want to assure everyone that we are working on a solution to this vexing little issue. We've been working on a solution for awhile now and we're becoming quite satisfied with how well it will serve our membership and the guests who enjoy reading content here. You'll all enjoy the fruits of our efforts next month, and so, it won't be long at all.
If you experience similar issues and frustration to what I describe above? Hang in there..don't give up, and better times are literally under a month away in terms of these little bugaboos that really define the quality of a person's experience on a site.
