Until then? I'm interested to follow it, but it strikes me as wild. 500lb, 7 foot bipedal humanoids running around the Cascade mountains? Its not like anyone is looking for them or anything, right? That size and implied ability for movement strikes me as the magic combo to stand out like a dog turd on a clean kitchen floor.

Its always been a point of annoyance that the wonder-tech of FLIR and the much more advanced surveying and reconnaissance models of that same line of technology can't pull Bigfoot out from the rest of the background...but then, why should they, anyway? They've always been described as something that would't stand out from overhead heat views, except perhaps for it's very small footprint from being vertical, as opposed to a bear.

However..if they are basically obese sloths, with the movement ability of bipedal humanoids? Whats the problem having computers sort THOSE heat signatures out from the rest? How many other 500lb furry Jabba's are out there moving like a two legged critter moves?

I'm wondering what the story is on this 'ex' state trooper. Wouldn't surprise me to find out he's on SSRI's for anxiety or depression.

With the growing interest in Bigfoot since David Paulides began wrighting the Missing 411 series, I have seen a cult begin to form, much like the UFO cult. Someone else with a vivid imagination like this guys' will come along and add more incredile close-encounter information to the story.

I can't wait for the 'telepathics' to show up and tell us what Bigfoot is planning to 'save the world'!

Maybe this guy is sane. And smart,like a fox. Could be he just wants a book deal to pad his retirement. 'Undisclosed' and 'reliable' source is an oxymoron.

I actually listened to a presentation by a guy who researches the big foot at a conference of AAPS. They do have genetic evidence of the Big Foot, it is actually something that is supposed to be extinct for around eighty years. There are still some hanging on the walls of people from their ancestors hunting expeditions in the Himilayas. The Germans used them as sport. They were what we call the Yeti. There is plenty of DNA out there for them. The ones left here, which are very few, are relatives of them but way different. They are in the Ape family from what he said and are more human like. They are protected, being very rare, if you kill one you will probably go to prison just like any endangered species.

They know they exist, but if you tell everyone, the hunters will be out there and kill them off. There are still people looking for trophies.

They seem to be really good at avoiding people and intelligent too. Most pictures of them are fake, either by purpose or because they are just a bear walking upright. Some bears can walk upright very well.

Supposedly there are some colonies of these up in Canada and possibly some still left in big forests. I have seen no evidence of them around here. If you come close to them they smell terrible from what I hear and you will walk the other way. They are of no threat to us, I think this cop is not doing a good thing by making them tamer. If they start trusting us it is bad, we still have people who would want to kill one for bragging rights, we should be protecting them not killing them off.

If you can't fathom this think of this, the DNR denied that cougars existed here till around four years ago when trailcams picked them up and people start getting evidence. Now, the DNR just put their numbers at somewhere between fifty minimum and they are spread out over a big area. Many of these are over five years old that they have evidence of, so they were here even when they did not exist. Now they say they are starting to increase numbers faster and there could be many more than the fifty they are estimating. Now people have been seeing these big cats for years and have been laughed at all the time and dragged through the mud by society that said they did not exist. There never was evidence to prove these cougars did not exist. society has said that you have to show tangable evidence to prove that things exist. But if you shot one, you would get a fine and spend time in jail. Same with bigfoot.

Hopefully this ex-cop did not give the real location of these creatures, I would hate to see some nut shooting them just to brag.

Do I believe Big Foot exists.......Definitely. I have researched this subject pretty much, looking at evidence of them being hunted from many years back. I believe they don't trust us and they can communicate to teach their young to avoid us. They are intelligence beings. I definitely believe that the government agencies should deny they exist to protect them from predatory people too. I have no problem with denying something exists and making people look crazy in this case. If you see one, just don't be telling anyone where it really is.

Honest question... Does anyone know of anything, anywhere...anywhere in the WORLD..showing confirmed genetic evidence of a primate species out of place or time to account for 'Big Foot' or the 'Yeti'?

I ask that, being a very firm believer...but I am a believer by faith and circumstantial evidence of things going all the way back to the Happy Camp attack in California that predates modern media entirely.

Still... Believing and proving are a Grand Canyon apart in science. It is..or it isn't. There isn't a 'maybe it is' on a thing like this. They got themselves a big ? in the catalog beside a sample..or they don't?

Anyone know of a place that actually DOES at least have unknown evidence to suggest it came from the 'Big Furry Ones'? The last ones to suggest they did were the loons in Georgia some years back, and the World Wide uproar that made for suggests no such samples DO actually exist anywhere?

With the thousands and thousands of forested acres that are off limits to people in the US, it's possible a lot of unknown species exist.
Does the government know Bigfoot is real, and is keeping the info top secret, like all their dealings with some 'Galctic Federation' of aliens? I don't know, but that theory sure is good for book sales!



I believe the creature exists; I just don't believe all the elaborate stories that are beginning to come out about him. They smell too much like money, to me.
