Hey, this is how it should work....if you run an organization with an iron rule, and look upon the participants as a captive audience you can just abuse at will.
Da, Comrade CEO. I dare say, that is a very very effective way of ending all bad talk. If the President could do it, we might actually believe we live in a happy place where no problems exist, eventually. Thankfully, the Government can't get away with this (that pesky 1st amendment thingy) and I really wonder if there should be NO lines for where private events can limit public speech?

I dunno much about IndyCar, but it sounds like they may even have had a legitimate thing to complain about? Result? 'Thou shalt not SPEAK!' from on-high.....faster than a speeding race car.

It also prohibits comments that denigrate the IndyCar Series racing schedule or events; threaten any IndyCar business relationship, including those with sponsors or broadcasters; or otherwise threaten the integrity, reputation or public confidence of the sport, IndyCar or IndyCar Series.
