Oh, what sweethearts. Obama is still nailing down the final details of selling out our national interests for a deal to be made, and they can't even wait until he's done before reminding us how badly he's screwing up here??
So... We are willfully supply nuclear technology to, removing sanctions from and supporting a declared and open enemy?
There is a word for that somewhere...I could swear there is even a legal term.. Hmm... Let me think on that and get back to it.
I actually agree with this, 100%. Reaching a deal WOULD be the most important milestone for progress since they held our people hostage in 1979. However, a deal makes me think of mutual benefit, respect and an outcome both nations feel they lost a little in, gained a little from and can live with, without shame.
I have a distinct and persistent feeling ..none of that basic logic applies to the seeming "NEED" to make a deal at almost any cost. The only thing about these talks to give me any good feeling at all is that other nations, closer to the pointy end of consequence than we are, are also at this table. Israel is under it, inside it or lurking above the ceiling tiles somewhere as well, and hey, this should be an open party for all knowing whats up.

I imagine Kerry like a little Mighty-Mouse at this point. So full of himself and the rightness of his cause, he can't fathom anything else. They'll walk away. Sure. How many days will they STAY away is the issue that has no confidence to it. Iran knows it too. They'll come crawling back, asking the Mullahs to reconsider and please please lets try again, IF this somehow fails.
I doubt it fails tho, and the talk changed in a distinct way for language yesterday. I think that is when they came to their 'real' deals, and unofficial. Now they play last minute games for the press and public to think it was a big deal down to the wire.
Lets see how it plays out.
Official said Sunday that despite the emerging nuclear deal between Iran and the US-led P5+1 group of world powers, America will remain Tehran's enemy.
Iranian Ground Force Commander Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan said that even if a nuclear deal comes to fruition in Vienna, where Iranian and western negotiators are currently trying to reach an agreement by a Tuesday deadline, Tehran and Washington will not become friends.

Reaching a deal would be the most important milestone in decades towards alleviating hostility between the United States and Iran, enemies since Iranian revolutionaries captured 52 hostages in the US embassy in Tehran in 1979.

US Secretary of State John Kerry said on Sunday that reaching an agreement is possible this week if Iran makes the "hard choices" necessary, but if not, the United States stands ready to walk away from the negotiations.
