People may suggest Obama is an unskilled buffoon, but that wouldn't be true in my opinion. Obama has little skill in the areas his job most NEEDS and really, demands. However, he is a very highly skilled individual in SOME ways. Primarily, the arts of manipulation. Consider what this opening paragraph from the Weekly Standard implies.....
Aside from the fact McConnell is too old and may be suffering from mild delusional states, much like Harry Reid....what else might that suggest?

Obama's skill is the almost spooky ability to stroke individuals and get them to follow his encouragement. He seems to have a true sense for what each person most needs to feel satisfied and well stroked, so they'll give him what he requires from them.
I suppose when someone is pretty much devoid of skill in the professional areas that matter? It has to be made up somewhere, somehow. This is a chillingly effective area to make it up in.
