Oh, now this is like a bad dinner. Its a gift to just keep on giving, long after anything good faded away.
I kinda doubt this ever had any good, anyway....but opinions may vary. THIS part, if accurate, puts the outcome of this in a whole new ballpark for true and fundamental transformation of the essential balance of powers, and what a President vs. a Congress can do. if we want power concentrated in the hands of one, and not spread amid the hands of many bickering cats of different interests? This sounds like the way to go?
Hmmmm... This explains a few things.

Judges are not stupid people. They aren't apolitical people, whatever their job requires of them. They have the same awareness and opinions as anyone, and deeper than most. The very thing Obama has been working in extreme secrecy with is what he's been (in full context) COMPLETELY misrepresenting intentions and meaning for before the Super Court and lowers, for Immigration and other major issues right now.
Wow... This is kinda hard to fathom, and by the way Bone...er..Boehner and McConnel are kissing Obama's butt to compete for 'best in class', I'd say the Courts (again..currently HEARING some of these cases, with decisions PENDING..ha ha ha) are the last to know they are screwed in a way a bit special, compared to the rest of us. We just got screwed by passive ignorance we couldn't help by secrecy. The Courts have been actively screwed by Obama's boy's arguing immigration matters with absolutely no HINT of the fact they were ALSO negotiating to make all those cases a moot point.
Obama loves to CREATE conflict among Americans ..and given the cross directions HIS people have been working....assuming again, this is accurate for a story? It may go down as one of his most notable traits as a President (Not a GOOD thing to have, IMO).

Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obama’s executive authority when it comes to immigration matters.
Hmmmm... This explains a few things.
The president’s Trade in Services Act (TiSA) documents, which is one of the three different close-to-completely-negotiated deals that would be fast-tracked making up the president’s trade agreement, show Obamatrade in fact unilaterally alters current U.S. immigration law.
