It is important to mention...they didn't 'just take it'. They are planning to end run and back door one federal appeals court by running to a case being heard by another. The first one is no small issue to have repeatedly lost though.
They can't make up law, like their working on a coloring book ..and the Court is hammering that point right down their progressive throats in case after case, and topic after topic fairly consistently.

There is another case before the 5th US Circuit court of Appeals which they hope will go better for them and is scheduled for June 6th. (I wouldn't count on that 'going better'..but what can they do?)
As the story notes, this particular aspect of the Royal Amnesty Decrees look to change the lives of about 5 million criminal aliens. At this rate though, I actually pity these immigrants some. The ones to arrive recently have been played like cheap toys to fit into Obama's political ambitions ..while HE KNOWS nothing he is doing can protect them for the long term. If Congress doesn't write the law....it's all just opinions and policies of a man who won't have that job a little over a year from now.......inside a nation getting sick enough of this lawlessness to form a backlash which may be outright scary to see.
I hate to say it...but if Obama gets his butt handed to him across the board on his Amnesty nonsense, as I expect he will by the end? Those criminal aliens who CAN..may seriously consider SELF-Deporting. What happens in this nation to restore the balance Obama has utterly destroyed may be something they really DO NOT want to be here for.
This may not be a nice nation to be in for ANYONE for a year or two after this little man leaves OUR White House.
I just don't think my fellow countrymen KNOW moderation in reactions. We go 110% all the way and overboard..or tend to do nothing.
