3 months in jail for posting pro-ISIS threats

Is it just me, or does it look like they are trying to raise ISIS into almost mythical proportions?



ISIS is just a bad idea embraced by a bunch of insane killers.

This is what has scared me from the start. The 'Caliph' of ISIS isn't some simple minded revolutionary like Castro and Guevara..or some high minded firebrand like Lenin. He strikes me as a cool customer with as much of life spent in the books, and learning, as he's spent out of them now and organizing or fighting. 

ISIS is lead by a man who should understand all too well how myths are made, and how legends can change events as well as history itself. I've really been worried that he'll know how to use that in a way only an academic really would, but very few ever find circumstances to get to power where it can be. This one created as much as fell into the circumstances of history to land in a position to use a PhD's approach to the forming of an Empire/Caliphate. 

It can certainly be done, with enough creative, educated and downright depraved lack of ethics or any sense of decency. Ahh yes..it can be done, I fear.

Oh yeah, I remember that. I had more than one meaningful word in public with ignorant Bubba type truckers who were harassing turban wearing Indians as if they were the same as a Muslim and all were interchangeable or something. (Good lord...if something could be FURTHER from the truth, I don't know what that could be! lol..)

The flip side is that ISIS may pick up enough recruits around the world to be effective and a threat. It's a group that sanctions almost any level of violence, evil and vicious action against others ...as long as it absolutely meets one requirement. It be in support OF and never contrary TO ISIS doctrine. 

Not a good thing to offer in today's world. Too many may see that as entirely TOO attractive.

The goal is Syria..never forget that. and towards that goal anything and anyone will be used. ISIS and much of their assets could be taken out when moving their forces from one city to the next. Instead we bomb empty buildings or Syria with the excuse ISIS is there.. ISIS should have been called fishy fishy. "frig infidels Syria hear we yearn"... I guess ISIS does sound better..
