Last week I found out my oldest daughter 45, has Cardiomyopahty, she is on medication for heat failure, but is doing fantastic and i know she will be fine, my only other daughter is a type one diabetic since she was 16, she is now 27, three times I almost lost her.
Today my eldest daughter and I went flower shopping,
the second I walked in the door I started singing . "It is well with my soul", out of nowhere this old song comes to me, so I would like to share this with you.
In 1873, Horatio Spafford wrote the words to the hymn "It is Well with My Soul" after the tragic death of his four daughters. (He wrote it on the ocean while sailing near the spot where his daughters died.)
That song is one of the songs that I could have sworn I heard angels singing years ago, in one of the events that led up to my baptism a few weeks later. That's another tale, for another time.
Glad to hear your daughters are getting along well!
