Oh... this is getting to be too much. One woman decides she knows best, forces that ignorant opinion upon a nation of people.....and we end up with this:

Excuse me? Train the staff?
What training is required to know "REMOVE PLASTIC BEFORE COOKING - DO NOT SERVE FOOD WITH MELTED PLASTIC"
If that is the level of ability they hire to prepare food, I would suggest the Health Department have a look ...or are schools above all laws for THAT, as well?
This isn't just gross....it is patently dangerous. If this is the obvious and 'can't miss it' violations going out and BEING SERVED to children??? What is NOT so obvious, it screams for a picture? What are the kids ingesting that may be as bad or worse than burned and melted plastic....but isn't being caught?
If training is starting at THIS level? Fire the incompetent fools and go hire some homeless from the Salvation Army shelter. I've been in a Salvation Army facility, a couple of times. They DO teach and enforce BASIC food handling safety.
Those folks care about whether the people depending on them to eat ....are healthy or ill from the plate of food. It's a shame the schools can't even meet the minimum standards of a Salvation Army homeless shelter.

The Barbour County Board of Education said they are aware of the situation and are working to train the staff.
