The SOLE PURPOSE of a Panther is to be a

REVOLUTIONARY in the Black/Afrikan People’s

liberation struggle, and to mobilize the

masses towards self determination. A Panther

MUST be a vanguard example at ALL

TIMES. In order to accomplish this great

and divine mission, she/he must be:

1. Spiritually, culturally, and

politically conscious.

2. Respectful and courteous to all

people and demand the

same in return.

3. Militant - Always engaged in war

for the minds and hearts of black

people, while carrying one’s self

in an organized and orderly fashion.

4. Humble - Willing to release

any arrogant attitudes or

superior ideas of one’s self.

5. Disciplined - Willing to sacrifice

your lower or personal

desires for the greater good

of the mission.


Who are the New Black Panthers?

Founded in 1989 in Dallas,

TX and reorganized in

1998 under the appointed

leadership of the late Honorable

Dr. Khallid Abdul

Muhammad, the New

Black Panther Party has

become one of the strongest,

boldest and fastest

growing Black Nationalist

Organizations in the country. With a youthful

to the progression of the black nation

China executed 13 people Monday who were indicted on terrorism charges related to attacks on public places in Xinjiang province in recent months, according to China's Xinhua news agency.
Those executed are believed to be close to or part of China's Uyghur minority, a mainly Turkic-speaking Muslim population.



The Higher People's Court of Xinjiang, Uyghur Autonomous Region, found them guilty of organizing, leading and participating in terrorist groups; murder; arson; theft; and the illegal manufacture, storage and transportation of explosives, according to Xinhua.
