Funny! This reminds me of some people I know, but they don't meditate because they understand how and why it works; they do it because they are "forced" to in a group setting. It's a kind of class that they have to pass.
Even though this video is funny, the benefits of meditation can help all kinds of physical things, including high blood pressure, clearing the mind to concentrate better, just a better overall feeling... when done properly.
