It would be even better if you could click a State by State, county and town listing. Just a name, no party, that is linked to where the individual stands on issues.
I also like the isidewith.com site and have been surprised at some of the percentages I came up with. I don't base my vote though on how that turns out.
I just want more tools available to the average citizen so they can vet the candidates themselves, rather than being shoveled garbage by the MSM and advertisements. I have a feeling that if the media had actually done their job, we wouldn't be in this current mess we're in.
Of course that means Hillary would have probably won at least one term because let's face it, the McCain/Palin ticket was week. And chances are that Obama would have held a cabinet level position of some sort, but I think the overall damage would have been less than what it is now.
Beware the man who has one gun, he probably knows how to use it.
Lol, I came up with a pretty interesting mix. I apparently lean a hair more Green Party than Libertarian (by like, 1%) I've always pinged left libertarian on most political quizzes, I guess I'm a bit more of an environmental one than I thought.
As far as I am concerned anyone but Bush or Hillary.. Big government, big military, big central control... has not worked IMO... anyone who says they want to do away with stuff and rebuild is OK in my book.. But I have always liked thoughtful mavericks

I'd like to see a candidate run for office saying that he/she was going to do away with redundant laws rather than to continue to add to them.
Washington these days reminds me of Hamsters running on wheels. It seems that the majority of laws they pass these days already have a precedence. But they keep saying, Oooo, ooo, look what I did!.
