Cop charged with murder after shooting man in back!

I lived in North Charleston for 8 years and it does not surprise me. Charleston, the city itself is a beautiful peaceful place.

But no matter where this happened, that cop was clearly in the wrong and should be charged with murder.
Pulled over for a broken tail light and trying to flee I understand.
But eight shots to the back? I hope this cop gets his due and meets bubba in jail that will give him the new meaning of anal probe.

That video isn't the best, and some of the major news outlets have run it through After Effects or something similar to remove that jumpy hyper hand holding it. The cop just took aim and carefully, calmly unloaded into the guy. I wouldn't call him running. I'd call him kinda limping away quickly from the start, having apparently already gotten the worse side of something.

Thats how it looks to me tho. I DO recall my father telling me police policy and California law when he was there allowed shooting someone fleeing a violent felony, and he actually ordered another cop to do just that one night with a gang rape in progress, they literally walked around a corner and right into.

This guy wasn't a violent anything for crimes tho? Yikes... Murder indeed.

Camera work too jerky. Can't see what happened well enough to either confirm or refute the cop's story.

That is flat out disgusting. I don't care what was said or done prior to the shooting. To me that looks like cold blooded murder. Hell, the guy was already out of taser range when shot and it didn't look like he was going to use it either as he was fleeing.

If he had took the taser and adopted a firing stance, then the cop would have been justified, but that is not so in this case.

This is going to spin outta control fast. Emotions are already high across the country. so far I like what the brother had to say about this situation.
Now hopefully, Sharpton, Obama and Holder will keep their yaps shut for now and let the justice system do it's thing. I don't see the cop being let off in this instance.

he didn't look scared in the video in the cnn link or the one here, he looked like he was in control of his actions actively not like someone acting reactively. This DB decided he was going to kill that guy and then to watch him (victim) drop something then the cop get to picking it up only to he himself drop the object by the victims body and pick it up again when the other cops got there. thats some serious scumbag stuff there as well.
