What is it with oriental folk and that song? The last time I can recall hearing it was almost 30 years ago. At that time it was being sung by a little Korean guy named Bob Chae, who may have topped 5 foot tall if his hair was good and dry. That guy had so much voice that I was left wondering where he hid it all - I couldn't believe that big of a voice was coming out of that small of a package. I could feel his voice reverberating in my chest like you can feel when something explodes. All I can say is that I'm glad I wasn't in the same room as this girl - having that experience coming out of a 5 year old might have been more than my old, worn out sanity would have been able to stand!
