Well, that's a perfectly acceptable explanation. I've been known to have a few too many myself. Of course, as you grow older and have more experience, that won't happen as often.
Switching to something a little more serious (and boring), what is your preferred method of relaxation? I'm still trying to find one, beside going to dleep. (Dleep, as you well know, is a very rural suburb of Chattanooga. Going to Dleep is very relaxing.)
Ummm, maybe I should cut back on that chocolate milk.
But the underlying question was serious. Do you have a relaxation technique that works for you?
I sit on the floor and play board games (I know, old fashioned) with my family, I read, I write, or when my young son and I go shopping, we don't speak unless we are speaking in "opera".
The looks we get when we are at the canned veg aisle and we are singing back and forth. . .
"French cut green beans?"
"Nonononono! We need the whole cut beans!"
"Whywhywhy do we need that?"
"It is my destiny to actually have carrots or corn!"
