Does any one like/watch/read anime/manga? What are some of the ones you like?

One of my current favorites in manga is Bio Mech. It's in the sci-fi/ horror genre.

I like SciFi/apocalypse anime. Classic stuff, mostly... Vampire Hunter D, Akira, Ghost in the Shell. And then some kid stuff, like DBZ, and my daughter was always watching these crazy high school romance show like Ouran High School Host Club that are as endearing as they are annoying, so I like them for the nostalgia,

And anything, anything, by Miyazaki. I am so sad that he has retired.

Then you will probably link Biomech.

I tend to like dark and horror. Another is #1 for me in that category. I also like Future Diary. That chick is cccrrraaaazzzzyyyy. Death Note is another good one.

Akira(LOVE) and ghost in a shell are some of my favorites. I also like Appleseed. Many haven't heard of it. It's about the story of Deunan Knute, a former soldier, who searches for data that can restore the reproductive capabilities of bioroids, a race of genetically engineered clones.

I agree. Anything Miyazaki put out was good. I haven't been disappointing but anything I have seen. Princess Mononoke is my favorite.

Some of the High school ones aren't bad. Kill la kill and High School for the Dead come to mind. High school for the Dead I wouldn't recommend for children. It's a bit graphic. One your daughter might like(depending how old she is) is The Devil is a Part Timer. It's pretty cute.

Well, I watched Bleach after losing both my maternal grandparents and a good friend all within a matter of months so it always has held a special place in my heart for that. However, I also cannot stand the post-Aizen stuff so in terms of content, probably Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. Sounds lame I know but Naruto, overall, has always had quite the knack of making me laugh or cry watching it.

I have been reading and watching Naruto (and shippuden of course) for over 10 years now!

What an awesome show! Just sad its over now (read the final manga a month or so ago) dont worry i wont give any spoilers...

At least there are still new videos every week!! Even if i read the mangas, its always nice to watch it in color and with sound?

I heard a rumor that there will be a new series in the spring!! Anybody else hear about this!!

Im a fan of anime, love the older classics tv show and film. Akira,Ghost in the shell,Vampire Hunter D,Ninja Scroll,Trigun,Golgo 13,The Guyver, It's hard to name all my favorites, so many good ones lol. i dislike Naruto,One Piece and a few like that. Dragon Ball saga is a great one :right-on:
