LMAO we already have those in VA. In fact my sweetheart and I just had a discussion about having Mosquito Joe come this year and fog the place. That way you could at least get to your car before they carry you away.
Can't be worse than Louisiana
They spray & spray but all it does is mess with your head, and the damn critters still keep buzzin around Probably gettin high off the sh#t
I hated Louisiana at the height of bug season. The actual clouds on the interstate would force me to pull into the next truck stop or rest area to clean the windshield sometimes, they hit it so thick. It'd cover the whole front of the truck. Nasty insect world down there.
Can't we have DDT back? Just a wee bit? The birds can take one for the team. Really... :)

Those my furry lil friend, are called LoveBugs
and takes some serious scrubbing to get it off the windshield/5th wheel, especially if left on there for a few days
Later on in the fall, one town we work is south of I-10 and it is known as the Mosquito Capitol.LOL
There are some seriously ugly big azz skeeters there! And then about 8:30-9 at night, these May flies come out and will swarm us (drawn to light) They don't bite nor last long, but what a nuisance they can be
Neither of those bugs do you swat....unless you like icky bug guts on you Just shoo them away ...or thunk them, that's what I usually do, like you would a paper football from HS days (hee-hee) Score!!

Malaria is the number one killer in developing countries thanks to environmental concerns DDT.
A little history for my furry friend if you don't already know it. You seem to have great retention and huge library locked between those floppy ears. If you had read this or already know beg pardon. SOURCE
