 BIAD entered the Space Opera fray after your exit from it. We had gotten down to the point where there were very few writers left in it - 3, as I recall - and BIAD swooped in and saved the day.

I just wish he would either start wearing underwear or else stop dropping things that have to then be picked up. It does, however, provide one the incentive to take the lead in things like climbing trees, so as not to be the last man in line.

He's an excellent writer with a fertile and agile mind, and a Photoshop wizard as an added-value bonus. By "wizard" I mean actual, incantation and magick-working wizard. What he does with Photoshop is not unlike Grace's arcane electronic sorcery. He created both the front and back covers for my book.

I first met BIAD in a thread about the "Alien Signal Hoax" that eventually resulted in my book. It was intriguing to see how he could unobtrusively kick the bar stool right out from under someone, sometimes with so much grace that they failed to realize they were flat on their ass on the bar floor. That's talent!

Welcome, BIAD! We have a local pub, a bakery and restaurant, an artist's section, and of course  writer's corner. You should feel right at home... except for Tesco's. We don't yet have  Tesco. Negotiations are underway, but in the mean time grab a pint and kick back, but for God's sakes, if you prop your feet up, tug down your hem!
