Ferguson may start ALL OVER with fresh Grand Jury!

WOW! I can't hardly believe that reason, and possibly justice may prevail!

I really think the whole process should be public. Whatever 'side' doesn't win will still be unhappy, but this is too important to be hidden from the public. JMO

I'm not sure either outcome will be accepted from a process this man is at the head of. He screwed it once, and its been obvious all along, IMO. Nice of him to admit it now, but WOW... Talk about a 'day late and dollar short' moment.

I'd say they get the most agreeable prosecutor they have for all sides. He doesn't have to be everyone's friend. Just find someone who both sides can respect to handle it, then see how it goes.

That's a good idea actually, although by now, it's been tried every way come Sunday in the national media

Still not sure this a good idea to have a second Grand Jury trial

Time to make whatever adjustments  needed for that community and move on
(First step to healing is remove the prosecutor IMO)

Truth is secondary.

"justice" trumps truth.

"Justice" trumps ethics.

It trumps values, morals, honesty.

Just shoot Wilson and get it over with.

Well.. I may be speaking for myself...but a cop still shot a kid over 100 feet away, when he had no weapon and no means to do more than physically strike the officer with a fist.

Whatever else we look at, and whatever other window dressing we put on it....that fact remains as the sucker at the center no one wants to touch by itself.

We can say the kid attacked the cop at the car..and it appears he did. He didn't die at the car. He died a good distance away from the cop, and unarmed.

We can say the kid was charging at the cop .....although the witness who spent hours saying that IS WHO this prosecutor is saying was a hopeless liar .....he was still, apparently, 100+ feet away (over 25 yards to think of on a shooting range)...and WHAT threat to this big, trained and dangerous police officer?

No... This is why we need an honest, open and TRUE process to look at this. Not a prosecutor who is golfing buddies with people at the police department he's "prosecuting" a cop from. Corruption here was rife from day 1..and corruption started AT THE CRIME SCENE ...which becomes obvious when we see how long the body sat. How the body was transported..and how absolutely odd they were about handling everything on that day.

It started the day the kid hit the pavement ..but it HAS to end right, if they want people to maintain any faith in a system that only functions by the good faith of the citizens.
