This is my cat Spike after having his manhood removed. He was so out of it, but his nature would not allow him to rest comfortably and he decided he had to try so very hard to go about his normal routine. He was so hopped up on pain meds that he couldn't even open his eyes!! This is a truly hilarious cat picture, but you had to be there. (rofl)
I have a few others, but even with no cumbersome T&C's I have to wonder if posting them would be in good taste.

My Hunny still has his goods but having working with cats for so many years I have seen this face on many a poor boy. This is why I have come to believe that cats really do seem to grasp the comedy in any given situation.
I am in possession at this very moment of a completely inappropriate film clip starring my feline roommate Lily. She's hilarious and she knows how to use it.

We hated to do it, put it off for far too long (at least as far as the smell in our house was concerned). He is the single most territorial cat we've ever had... by far. And this past winter was so brutal that he didn't go outside much to "unleach the beast", so it became almost toxic, sadly.
But yes, it was hilarious and sad. There was a lot of "hahaha, awwwwww, hehehe, awwwww" going on that day.

Awwwwwww..hehehehhe....Yes, I can relate, both with cats and kids.
To say the smell can be pungent is an understatement when it comes to the smell of the intact males. My boy still has goods only because with his condition, Cerebellar hypoplasia, anesthesia can be a danger. He now gets to sport some styley pants around the house.
Ok lets see if I can once again get this image thing right.
They sell something now that helps stop a cat from spraying. It comes in a spray or as a plug in. Years ago I tried it and after a couple of times or so, problem was solved. Better to have the cat fixed though, more comfortable for them.

It's definitely better to have them fixed. Especially if the poor boys are un-mated.
In the case of my boy and his neurological issues it was out of the question to put him under. He was also born blind so to take his goods while he was awake...Well, I just couldn't do it to the little guy.
