The title seems to be Clinton's latest idea of how to explain things, now that there really isn't doubt to the fact classified material was on her server.
Oh..this sounds so much like her husband. Deny Deny Deny, until proven dirty beyond question, then deflect deflect. Well....other people want the Presidency MORE than she does, and she's about toast..I'm thinking.
Yeah... Okie-Dokie... You know the funny part? She cited foundation in precedent from the mid 70's with Kissinger. Her career started in hunting down dirt on Richard Nixon's criminal arrogance in office. It is SO ironic, she is going down the same way she started her rise.

That whole suggestion is saying she had the independent right to determine what was or was not sensitive, in a moment to moment basis, by her own judgement alone. Oh..it doesn't work that way. Not at all.
Someone in the system has it in for her, and has it in mind to put her down and out for good, by the look of it. They may just do it too. Clinton hung herself by her own supreme arrogance which even 'her own' system could no longer apparently stomach.
