Sorry to see the treatment in the first one though, and ..yeah... customer service is a term I think they'd need a dictionary to quite get. Obviously, it doesn't come naturally, by ANY means.

betrayedone, I was reading your thread when it was closed. I watched the same people derail your thread that had derailed all the other threads that hinted PP (Planned Parenthood) wasn't an icon of virtue.

I used to visit there and due to the 'feeling' of change within the site
and the way that they were slowly separating the Mods from the rest
of the posters and elevating them to an imaginary higher state.

I know some of them came off as easy-going, candid 'friends' of anyone
who asked a question, it frequently became apparent that there was a
'them & Us' attitude where anyone stepping out of line in the view of
the Mods, were slapped down and punished by having a thread closed.

I suppose the irony is that for a conspiracy site, it's acting like the
alleged shady Governments it used to discuss.

Edit: I believe that Moderators and site owners should have respect
shown to them, but just like in the real world, we all should have the
ability to earn it via decency.
