Daitengu, it wasn't my intent to anger you or to impede your freedom of speech. But there is a huge difference between stating an opinion and being thoroughly insulting to a segment of humanity.
You are free to express anything you like here. I'll trouble you no longer.

You're either part of the solution or part of the problem. There is no middle ground.
Whatever lah ..... forgot gaijin cant handle truth ...... will refrain from making any further comments to avoid upsetting the damn christians ...... gotta love western hypocrisy ....... free speach my ass ..... only if it follows the bullshit pc hypocrital western view .....
Not intentional - just...fixed in place from childhood.
So - as hypocrisy goes - we're actually, in quasi-honesty, trying to juggle both.
When my children were young, and they would hear me or their mother gasp at some story or news - they would ask to determine what caused the emotional outbursts, and, we relied on the same set/s of values that we had been indoctrinated with in childhood - "Yes - We are the good guys...and They are the bad guys...and, Yes - God likes Us more than God likes Them." ...besides, we didn't have time to think it through - not with bills to pay and television to watch.
This is a hurdle to be cleared or bridge to be built in worldwide communications...where everyone does not believe the same as another.
@ minstrel63 ...... yep ...... those for the westerners and those that westerners impose on the rest of us ...... shit like that is part of why I stay the hell out of western countries these days ...... have a severely low level of tolerance for idiocy and hypocrisy .......
Will withhold my further comments regarding the abrahamic religions and their murdering ..... muzzling everyone that doesnt believe their psychotic figment of the imagination and book of ancient campfire stories used to frighten children lest I hurt their poor little feelings again ......

Mr. g. here, My friend, I'm back from my trip to Leningrad for a funeral of an Old Cold War Friend. Damn What a Time, Drink and Song and Damn Near Two new Wives Too! So,,, I'm very Happy to read the above mentioned post, I an others understand your and my feelings about Organized Religion. Yes, it's a Scam to Control the Masses no doubt about that. But, let's not forget, there are people who believe in a Higher Spirit Than Just The One Person and they have that right.
Thank You my Friend, Now Let's go and have that drink and I'll feel you in on how some things,,,,,,,
Where I come from (the Gulf Coast of Texas) we got the "Red Tide" danged near every year and guess what? Jeebus never came and the world didn't stop spinning! Even the hardcore religious folks down there (and since it's the heart of the "Bible Belt" there are more people who ARE than AREN'T) understand that it's just a natural recurring phenomenon. Please read a science book or something!
What is a "Jeebus"? Is it like a school bus or a rapid-transit city bus?
Jebus may refer to: Jebusite, a Canaanite tribe who inhabited and built Jerusalem prior to its conquest by King David. The old name for Jerusalem. A fictional name for Jesus originally used by Homer Simpson in the Simpsons episode "Missionary: Impossible"
I know the Gulf Coast of Texas, as I was born, and lived many years, there. Bibles were a belting 'round those parts...and still are (I've heard). Red Tide was 'fun' the first time it spread like wildfire through the herds - but, after a while, it became another in a long list of embarrassments for the regional troops and has lost its luster...being generally demoted to the "You fell for that one, too" category.
