@guohua,
I don't know whether he can be trusted, but he is overly concerned with money. He will steer a conversation to one of the two or three subjects he feels comfortable with, then will bury the subject under an uninterrupted flow of syllables until the subject is never heard from again. (Leaving you hoping to High Heaven that you will never hear about it again. But, of course, you will.)
But, my mom likes him and she has a protective family around her. She asked me to engage him in conversation on a regular basis so that he will feel part of the family. After all the sacrifices my mother has made for me, how could I refuse?
My personal complaint is that he doesn't own a tie and doesn't want to. There are sometimes when a little touch of formality is the right thing to have. But, mom trusts him, and enjoys his company. Her daughter is keeping a financial eye out for shenanigans.
Say, don't you distrust everybody? Isn't that a survival skill?
Charles1952, Yes to your statement, but I trust you,,,, Why is that Charles,,,, is it an Earned trust or is it a Feeling after seeing pictures and hearing of your life and talk of Daughters and you Wonderful Mother and your pictures are always of the same people, never altered. You'r manner of speech and your subject of which you speak have not changed or your actions of how you deal with people, People you've Never met. All things you watch for Charles,,, or I should say,,, just some really.

My husband is a 'Pepper Head'. He once ate 4 Habenero's in one sitting- big ones! So, I learned to make hot sauce. I will bring a jar of Idaho Fire, one of Armageddon,and one of Burn,Baby Burn.

@guohua,
Thank you, you do me great honor. I am neither clever enough or energetic enough to be a liar. My mini-profile at TOS read "Just a guy." I find that easy and comfortable to maintain.
I'd like people here to feel they can become honest and trustworthy. There's nothing to fear here, no gain in impressing anyone. Everyone can be themselves, even if it's only in private messages to someone they feel comfortable with.
What you have done, is provide the joy, the exuberance, the spirit of Spring and life which makes Hernando's so appealing. Thank you.
Well, I suppose those things do have a little spice in them, but they're not really seriously hot.
I was out at a picnic which included a fire and a grill. The weather had been a little drizzly and everything was damp. The host had a little trouble getting the fire and the grill going so he used a glass jar of gasoline which he had siphoned from his truck.
The sun had come out and things were getting fairly muggy. I reached for a drink, and as improbable as it seems, I grabbed the jar of gasoline and took a big swig. I realized my mistake instantly. I had heard that gasoline could be a serious poison. I had to do something fast, so I struck a match and threw it down my throat to burn off the gasoline.

I am not responsible for any personal injury.
Response to your Husband,,,, My GOD!

Well I don't own a tie and don't want one either but then again I'm not going out with your mom so that makes it a wash. There was a time when I wore silk Italian ties and suits that cost more than some peoples car but not anymore. Suits and ties are kind of like the military, everyone should experience it but don't spend your life there.

I only use Tabasco sauce because someone said it kills GMO's. Good enough for me plus I can't taste much anymore due to the abuse I've delivered to my taste buds over the years.
Hey Charles, the save draft function works fine for me. Never needed before (well maybe once) but I can see it would be handy to leave turned on just in case.
