I don't know what a ProBoard is, or what the rules are. You can list the rules, or even make more rules, but I must warn you I probably won't read them. I might, though, if I feel like having some excitement- but only to pick which rule to 'bend' without breaking it.
I am not computer savvy enough to post pictures or music yet, but I intend to have my grand daughter give me some lessons in the near future. Don't ask me how old she is, as telling you she's only eight is kind of embarrassing.So is having to call her to change the channel on the TV, but in my defense, we've only had the ROKU for a couple of years now, and I still have trouble figuring out which remote does what, and how. I THINK I could learn, but there are a couple of buttons you can push that totally wipes all the devices out, and it takes a geek to get them back online. If we could ever figure out what I'm doing wrong, I would stop. In the mean time, God bless the little children!

That bunny was awesome! My niece's husband feeds his snake rats. I saved one so she wouldn't be a meal. I saved a few goldfish too from being feeder fish for his bigger ones. LOL I have had many pets through the years but never a rat. Just like owning a big mouse.

Rules are essential to avoid chaos but when they become too overwhelming, it's not rules anymore, it's borderline dictatorship. Strange how some people denounce this behavior from the police, the government, or anyone else in a place of authority for that matter and yet, enforce the same damn behavior themselves...
There was/is no "borderline" dictatorship about it.
The level of arrogant, tyrannical, authoritarian, !!!CONTROL!!! freak dictatorship that has methodically intensified there is shocking to have observed. One assumes that by seeking to always do good and be civil and offer constructive suggestions, one could stay on the safe side of such a dictatorship.

Marc! I'm so glad to see you here! I almost missed the name change!
I have no problems with rules, personally. It lets me know what is expected of me. However, when the rules are applied only to some, I get pretty indignant. Especially when those in administration are constantly breaking the same rule, and some much worse, with impunity!
I had noticed many, many mods posting one line, even one word, responses on threads for some time now,so I thought nothing of asking a question that was only one sentence long. I will share the response with you in hopes that find as much humor in it as I did. It was worth it to see the color of coat the administration on TOS wears.

Now, maybe other posters and super mods are being penalized for responding with only one or two words on threads, but I have noticed they haven't stopped doing it. Once a 'top admin' realized the outrageousness of the hot-headed response and apologized to me. Doesn't appear likely this time. And, of course, the thread about their abuse of members with the ads got pulled rather quickly . . . protecting those responsible for such choices and denying the members' well made points a fitting airing.
Then to see Charles1952 . . . probably the most gracious, decent-hearted, caring, etc. poster they've had on there in a long time, if not forever . . . treated as he was over nothing of any significance . . . what an absurdity.
Folks really do not realize the consequences of FAILING to TO DO UNTO OTHERS as you'd have done unto you.
I actually posted what I posted in an effort to follow that Golden rule. And for my thoughtful but forcefully worded kindness I was trashed. Their choice.
I've been told by former admin that they actually exalt in being authoritarian gestapo trashing willy nilly on their whims or spicy tacos or RAD or whatever fosters their acting out--and that they are particularly smug that members, posting banned, site banned folks can do nothing whatsoever about being trashed. Besides, there's more likely victims where those come from--seems to be the attitude.
That's the thing with that sort of power married to such attitudes and immaturities, insecurities . . . it corrupts . . . and when there's a bitter root of anger and arrogance from early childhood flowering within . . . it doesn't take much for the thorns and lightening bolts to come out with un-gay abandon.
Folks also fail to realize the seriousness of WE ALL REAP WHAT WE SOW.
Nor do they seem to respect or appreciate the fact that those who return evil for good . . . evil will never depart their house. Prov 17:13.
Folks in our era have gotten used to the globalist propaganda that the Bible is 'an archaic pile of myths.' They no longer respect the laws of the multiverse articulated in the sacred pages.
Wellllll, I have news for them . . . just as our era will see unprecedented evil getting more authority to spread more death, destruction and suffering . . . God's laws will also take on an intensified quality and more rapid application and appearance of consequences.
Time will tell if the above is irrational blathering from a fossilized old fart, or not.
