I include only this paragraph from a very interesting article because of the last sentence supplied by NASA. Typically with any one of our government agencies we all know one thing if they announce it it's because of discovery or they have been doing something like this this for some time. But note and I quote "and possibly aid in the detection of DNA-based life elsewhere in the universe." This just tells me they already found it, probably on Mars and want to test it to find out if we are descendants, and or they have found it everywhere and want to start cataloging. It also makes me think it quite possible these artifacts could influence the human genome under the proper conditions of space and radiation. This is definitely Star Trek stuff for sure. Remember no lab necessary and operates outside of a space suit. I used to think the the world was getting to be an interesting place but lately it doesn't hold a candle to space.
There is to much to write about space goings on now, and not enough time to do it.
But if anyone is interested research Argentina and US and Chinese bases.
Moon mining for Isotope Helium-3 and asteroid mining for precious metals.
Moving space based assets to deep space.
Why are so many countries interested in Argentina and why do we find central banks interested in investing.
Anyone know what the importance San Carlos de Bariloche in Río Negro province is? SOURCE:
Curious minds want to know.
Ms. Nugget this could be the distraction we think is going on. When Obama went to Argentina he took 1000 NASA people along for the ride.
"Determining the sequence of DNA is a powerful way to characterize organisms and determine how they are responding to changes in the environment. The goal of this technology demonstration is to provide evidence that DNA sequencing in space is possible, which holds the potential to enable the identification of microorganisms, monitor changes in microbes and humans in response to spaceflight, and possibly aid in the detection of DNA-based life elsewhere in the universe."
