TSA gets charged for doing what TSA does?

Hmm.. Odd little story here, and do note the forum of course.
I'm not sure what the TSA guy did wrong tho..except perhaps, he was following his training for himself and not strictly Uncle Sammy at DHS.

I think they call that a contact search..and so far..what isn't within TSA training?

Well, lets see... He didn't rape her. He didn't even cavity search her..and TSA does that often enough to call rude.
So, basically, the Government hates competition...and he wasn't supposed to do it for his own reasons. That's the major problem, huh? The rest seems like his job done in an unusual setting.
