Yes, I'll attach the picture,,,, and the article, and if this is Real,,, it's the best picture of a Ghost I've ever seen, I've seen ghost as clear as this, but never in a picture.
This photograph was taken by local resident Tony O'Rahilly on 19th November, 1995, as Wem Town Hall burned to the ground. When O'Rahilly took the photo, neither he, nor other onlookers, saw the little girl in the doorway.
It was taken with a 200mm lens from across the road.
At the time O'Rahilly and other onlookers were stopped by police and firefighters from approaching the burning town hall.
It was only after the image was developed that O'Rahilly saw the little girl.
He immediately sent it to the Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena.
They, in turn, sent the photo and the negative to Dr. Vernon Harrison, former president of the Royal Photographic Society.
Dr. Harrison analysed both the photo and negative and reported that he was satisfied that the picture had not been doctored.
"The negative is a straight forward piece of black-&-white work and shows no sign of having been tampered with," said Harrison.
OK facts about the girl in the picture.
Fire ravaged the town hall once before, in 1677. The historical record shows that the 1677 fire was caused by a young girl called Jane Churm, who started the fire accidentally when she dropped a candle.
Since that date, it has always been maintained that the Town Hall is haunted by the ghost of Jane Churm. link
I noticed in the picture, her clothing looked to fit the time period, long night gown.

My first thought was WOW that's one darn good picture of a ghost! Looks almost real, statue like, hardly impossible to be some sort of shadow pareidolia !!
So I googled "Jane Churm" and found an article that you ought to see, apparently solving what it could be.
Photographer Tony O’Rahilly, who died in 2005, said at the time that he had discovered the ghost image when developing his snaps of the town hall fire.
Some time later the photo was examined by experts from the National Museum of Photography, who concluded it was a fake. But others were certain it was genuine.
When I read the ShropShire article this morning, I really have to believe that the mystery is closer to being solved. At least in identifying the ghost girl in the 1995 image. Regardless, I think that the similarities between both of the 1922 and the 1995 girls are striking. Even down to the hat and and ribbon. What do you guys think of this?
@solarius, Now That Article you attached does Question this person's credibility. That picture of the little girl there on the street is the picture of the same girl he has.
