Race Bait. Another way to think about it.

I hate race issues.

Maybe because I'm mixed, I don't hold to any one race over another.

I wish everyone would find something else to divide us.

The thing is, the baiters are stuck in their ways, as they are either to ignorant to accept the truth or they find profit in exploiting it.

On race? I hate those who hate me first. Those who don't hate me first? We're people....not colors. The only true differences by race are ones a biologist is required for in minor blood and genetic differences, or a forensic anthropologist for the minor differences in bone structures. Outside that??

Well, I honestly am what some may call prejudice, if by that, we are saying I am defensive before I know someone of another race isn't seeing me as a possible adversary by MY race. People talk truck loads about the racism blacks see from the eyes and hands of Whites. They have a good point too. A valid and fair point. However, that stuff runs pretty strong in TWO directions these days, and neither side among the haters knows HOW to turn it off, or be at all discrete about their issues.

To be blunt? I think that true racism, or judging someone by the color of their skin, is the embodiment of true ignorance. We're hard wired to react different to people different than us, and it's a near genetic thing for tribal survival across most of human evolution.....but it shouldn't be SO hard to educate beyond that these days. Especially these days, and we all are just keystrokes away from something close to the collective knowledge of mankind.

This racism thing.
Think it went something like this.....

There is really not a solution to the problem of racism. There is no quick fix or a " nip it in the bud thing". This goes across many cultures across the world. It just not a white and black thing. There are so many variables to a prejudice mind and HOW it was created. Kind of like a person whose family member many generations removed thinks I am responsible because that family member was made a slave.
Or, that I don't believe in the way we were created and by < insert your God or prophet here> to make the world right. Or that my sexual preferences don't agree with their beliefs.

I admit, I am sort of prejudice.
I am prejudice against arrogance. And total ignorance. There is no skin color, belief system involved in that. No matter how much or how little money you have, it doesn't involve that. It is the person. How they're brain was formed with the training and knowledge giving to them. And that they failed to break free from that.It's not their fault. It's not anybodies fault.
Fundamentally, I think it is something in our brain that was some sort of survival instinct left over that has been telling us that , that clan over there will eat all of our food, so we need to get rid of them.

I don't know the answer. I just live my life and treat others as I would hope they would treat me.
